About Me

Ellen is a People Operations consultant and recruiting partner with over a decade of experience supporting fast-growing companies.

She launched her consulting practice after seven years leading HR, Recruiting, and Employee Experience at MeUndies, where she served as Head of People and a core member of the Executive Team. Prior to that, she helped build Pressed Juicery in its early stages, gaining hands-on experience in what it takes to scale a business from the ground up.

 

For the past four years, Ellen has worked with early-stage companies across industries — including CPG, real estate, hospitality, legal, and the arts — supporting leaders through key hires, people strategy, and organizational growth. As a recruiting partner, she leads end-to-end hiring efforts: sourcing, interviewing, and helping teams build strong, scalable processes.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ellen spent 13 years living and working in Los Angeles and New York City before returning home with her husband and two children. She continues to partner with clients across the U.S., including teams in LA, NYC, Miami, and Las Vegas.

She is SHRM-certified and trained as a coach through iPEC, bringing a steady, people-first approach to growing teams and building resilient companies.
